1/32 new ray Maximum Overdrive Happy Toys Tribute Truck. Trigger warning; wrong kind of truck This is the best I could do with readily available parts to make a tribute truck of the maximum overdrive happy Toyz truck. Unfortunately I could not find a western star from the right year much less readily available, and we needed round headlights on the fenders to look like the Western Star so we’re just going to have to all make do with this truck But all kidding aside this is a pretty good representation of the truck. This is my first build in the 132nd scale. I’ve been doing the 164th for a long time . But I did this special job for a nice guy named Bill kent, and I decided I might as well give the collectors of 132nd scale the opportunity to pick up one of these, so painted the trailer from a new Ray truck to match the movie truck. I 3D printed and Painted the goblin face and added that along with the stickers on the trailer sides and rear. I was able to print the goblin in a way that it actually goes all the way around the front of the hood instead of just on the front of the grill. The goblin is really really fragile so I wouldn’t recommend playing with this as a toy Keep in mind these are made to order specifically so that any changes you want to see can be made . Everybody likes to potentially get their own special touch or have some input at the beginning of the build and I look forward to it . This is a truck I haven’t seen sold before, I won’t claim my work to be perfect, but im trying my best let me know if you want to see any changes done on this or if you want a different style movie truck made for yourself
