The part came out of a 2012 Chrysler 200 but may fit 2011 to 2014 Chrysler 200 and Dodge Avenger. Please compare the listing pictures and provided part number to the unit you are replacing to ensure proper compatibility. What you see in the pictures is what you will get. All mounting points are in good condition (see pictures). Consider checking the pictures of the electrical connections and make sure it fits your vehicle.
