The size and colors of the blooms are dramatically affected by sunny,cloudy,rainy,hot,cold etc etc…and of coarse the over all health & nutrition of the plant. Young plants also tend to not bloom true until they are older. The bloom picture shown is what the blooms of a mature plant looks like under perfect conditions. I will need photos of the box and the plant in order to send out a replacement. A leaf that comes off during shipment or minor branch breakage does not constitute serious damage. I will only replace the plant if it is badly broken, crushed, or dead on arrival. Some wilting and/or yellowing of leaves or leaf lose it normal. Minor branch breakage is normal.Do not place this young plant in direct sunlight. Gradually introduce it to more sun over the coarse of a few weeks. Tropical Hibiscus like moist well drained soil. Don’t let it get bone dry but don’t keep it soaked either. Just evenly moist & well drained. Reduce water in winter.You will sometimes have yellowing leaves this is normal as the leaves go through natural leaf death.We are inspected by the state of Mississippi Agriculture Dept. We routinely spray our plants with insecticides and fungicides as preventive measures. WARNING: Always retrieve packages from the mail as soon as it is delivered. If left in a mailbox during freezing temps it will kill the plant(s). If left in mailbox during extreme heat it will kill the plant(s), It is the buyers responsibility to track the package and get it as soon as it is delivered.
