OTHER DETAILS FOR THE SMOOTHEST POSSIBLE TRANSACTION Payments are by paypal, credit card, and venmo. Payments for auction wins are due immediately, prior to the end of the same day it closes. We base the close time on the day of win based on United State’s 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time occurring daily. All auction transactions won in that time will be shipped the following day and any combinations are limited to same day wins. If payment is not received within 24-hours for auctions, it’s removed or re-listed in 24-hours. eBay automagically invoices auction winners at the time the auction closes. Shipments: We do not delay shipments to wait for other wins on future dates. We ship items out within 24-hours of the sale for all auction & regular priced items paid for on-time. Combined Shipping. Buyer is solely responsible for requesting to combine shipping – and must eBay message and request an updated invoice in consideration of combining their items. TOTY Gifts will provide an invoice back with information if it does qualify. Qualifying combinations of items into one shipment depends on time, price, size and weight as follows. Some items will not qualify for combination because our policy is to not combine on anything but same day purchases/items on the same auction close/purchase day and we do not combine shipping if it will exceed a current medium sized USPS priority box size. For all items combined that do not exceed $100 of the total purchase price (not including ship price), $2.00 per additional item is charged for US customers, and $6.00 additional per item for Hawaii/Alaska/US Territories/International customers if the combined weight is less than 12 oz total and the girth less than 12X3X10 inches. Occasionally, we have bulk lots of small items by the pound that may or may not qualify in the above described incentives for free or reduced cost combinations. If we can fit it in a medium sized priority box, it can ship in combination with the following possible incentives/reductions: U.S. Same Day/Bulk. On Same Day/Bulk Buy/Auctions we do offer an Incentive for customers within the 48 States/U.S. Based Customers – There is free shipping on over $100 won (item price excluding item shipping price) if the items can be combined, weigh less than 12 oz total and have a girth of 5X8X3 inches or less. If you spend over $100 and it does not ship in this size, you will be refunded shipping for all items invoiced less $20 for items that can fit securely into a medium USPS priority mail box. For items having weights and girths exceeding these limitations, combinations will be made case-by-case – and at the appropriate cost that would be assumable based on the shipping for anything over a medium-sized priority mail piece. International Incentives. On Same Day/Bulk Buy/Auctions we do offer an Incentive for customers within Hawaii/Alaska/U.S. Territories (Guam/Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)/International customers, all items are cost-based by the item upto $250. For items purchased on the same day exceeding $250 of total purchases (not including shipping costs) if the items can be combined, weigh less than 12 oz total and have a girth of 5X8X3 inches or less. If you spend over $250 and it does not ship in this size, you will be refunded shipping for all items invoiced less $50 for items that can fit securely into a medium USPS International priority mail box. For items having weights and girths exceeding these limitations, combinations will be made case-by-case- and at the appropriate cost that would be assumable based on the shipping for anything over a medium-sized priority mail piece based on destination rates.
