Antique 19th century Art Nouveau, very attractive Terracotta relief wall plaque by the renowned Bernhard Bloch (1836-1909), Bohemian famous ceramic artist of Eichwald Keramik.The wall plate has as pattern in relief molded to create a striking three dimensional effect, a Mythological scene, depicting young age Greek Mythologic heroe Hercules driving the lions. It is marked on the bottom with initials BB and pattern reference number 2977. This mark is refering to the period 1887-1913.
