Up for your consideration is an antique hand made wood, wooden grain scoop, grain measure. Circa 1800s. There are wonderful metal straps as well as an iron frame around the top edge. The condition is good to the good side of fair. There is some discoloration from use and natural variations in color in the wood. There is rust and some breakage of the metal straps, as well as a few missing nails on the top frame. There is a perfect amount of wear, splitting, discoloration and signs of age/use. This is a fabulous primitive kitchen item. I’m sure it is still a usable scoop. It could be used for a centerpiece base on a farm table, upside down on the shelf or counter for the base of a display. It would also be a great, very unique wall shelf both vertically or horizontally. Size – 24″L x 9″W x 7.25″H If you need your item shipped with a particular carrier let me know. I will always try to pick the least expensive way to ship, that gets item to you in the amount of time you want it or faster. Example if you pick Priority and FedEx is cheaper we go with FedEx.
