This is a new in the box Black Label Balsa – Potbelly – Custom Balsa Hybrid Squarebill Crankbait. This crankbait is in the Threadfin Shad color and weighs 7/16 oz. and is 2 1/4″ long. This crankbait will dive 3 to 5 feet deep. The Black Label Balsa – Potbelly – Custom Balsa Hybrid Squarebill Crankbait is hand crafted and painted by MLF Pro Tour Angler and Bassmaster Classic Champion Cliff Pace. The Potbelly has a circuit board squarebill with the line tie coming through the bill. Cliff worked on designing this bait for several months to get the specific action he wanted out of a hybrid squarebill. This bait has a tight soft, subtle vibrating action, but has a ton of body roll and flash. It has a soft, subtle vibrating swim like a flat bait, but the body roll and flash of a round bait. This crankbait absolutely murders pressured finicky fish. During the testing stage of this bait it really shined when the fish where pressured and wouldn’t hit a standard flat bait or squarebill. There’s something about the unique action of this bait that gets fish to hit it, when they won’t hit anything else. The Black Label Balsa Potbelly crankbait is equipped with two Mustad Ultra Point 2x Strong Trebles. All Black Label Balsa baits are made by hand out of premium balsa wood by Bassmaster Classic Champion Cliff Pace.
