Returns are accepted within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping.

All returns require an RMA number.

All returns supplied with a pre-paid shipping label must be returned within 10 days of label creation.  After 10 days, the label will become void and the returnee will be responsible for return shipping charges.
