EGR blanking cap for manifold, Mazda MX-5 mk1, mk2 & mk2.5, JASS Performance E.G.R. outlet from exhaust manifold blanking cap, Mazda MX-5 mk1 1.8, mk2 & mk2.5 1.6 & 1.8, UK models, 1994 to 2005. This cap screws over the outlet in the exhaust manifold for the EGR pipe, so the pipe can be removed completely if the EGR valve has already been blanked off or if you want to fit a UK exhaust manifold to an import car without the EGR valve. The EGR blanking cap blocks the exhaust manifold, after the EGR pipe has been fully removed. We also offer it as a set with corresponding blanking cap for the intake side. This is a CNC machined stainless steel cap with a special design to block off (cone vs. cone) the EGR pipe. Please do not confuse this purpose machined product, with cheap dome nuts sold for the same purpose. We’ve sold over 50 of these on eBay, with great feedback, so you can buy with confidence.
