We try the best to maintain all items in our warehouse that are posted on eBay.  In some unlikely cases, there may be a chance that certain items are sold out before we can stop all our existing ads.  If so, we will promptly notify you within 3 business days. You can choose to wait, exchange, or cancel your order.  The full refund will be given when you decide to cancel the order

8. We ship internationally in some specific countries. Please message us first for the additional shipping and handling charges before purchasing or placing the bids.  

    For international buyers, we are not responsible for any delivery damages, lost, custom delays, and/or import charges such as taxes, duties, and VAT. It's international buyers' responsibility to pay those charges

Once the item is shipped, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay attention to receive the item.   If the item is returned via FedEx/USPS/EMS/UPS, or DHL automatically due to buyer did not response to receive the item.  The shipping and handling charge will not refund to the buyer.  If there is any additional charge result from the return, buyer should pay for it.   We will not pay and take the responsibility if item is damaged or lost from this return  

1. All return Must be approved before you ship any item back to us.  A return item must be issued by blk.box

2. If you ship the item back without approved, we have the right to refuse the package and it will be returned to you  

3. Please check the item condition when the package is delivery to you, act immediately to refuse package if you find any damage on the item, and then have truck driver carry it back to us, we will continue to process delivery after returned package is received

4. If the buyer did not check the item condition and signed the package, we are not responsible for any damage whether before and after installed

5. To report fitment issue, please provide the clearly picture or photo to our message, and the fitment report must be consigned by certified Collision or BodyShop

6. For wrong or damage item received, you can return the item within 7 days of signing and receipt of item for any reason as long as it is returned in the original condition and packaging  

7. All returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. If item is damaged, we have the right to charge a higher restocking fee      

8. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in any circumstances

9. If the automatically return via FedEx/UPS/EMS/USPS/DHL due to the buyer did not take care of deliver notice or did not response to receive the item, the shipping and handling fee will not refund to the buyer.  If there is any additional charge caused by this return, buyer should pay for it and we have the right to claim the payment from the buyer again.  We will not take the responsibility if the item is damaged or lost from this return  

Terms and Condition

1. We highly recommend professional installation for all our products and the installation instructions are not included for some of our products.  All parts are for off-road and show use only. We do not accept liability for injuries resulting from customization of your vehicle.  It is the buyer’s responsibility for complying with all local, state, and federal laws    

2. We are here to help if the item is wrong or damaged, and please message us via eBay with your eBay ID and item No.#

3. Any unapproved or unscheduled returns will be refused.  The buyer is responsible for the returning cost and shipping fee

4. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check and inspect the merchandise before signing off the package.  We do not take the responsibility for any damage before and after the installation
