Omega De Ville Automatic Square TV Case Tool 106 Swiss Gold Plated Date Watch Please note before purchasing: The watch runs great and keeps good time over 24 hours. When tested it was within 30 seconds. There is a slight issue with the date complication though. It does not flick through every 24 hours and only switches using the quickset function. It could be set every morning if you wanted to however the only other way to fix it would be a service. About the watch & condition: Here we have an absolutely stunning Omega De Ville Automatic watch circa 1970’s. It’s powered by an automated Omega movement and has this fantastic square case which sits on the wrist lovely. More details below; The golden dial on this watch is beautiful and is in excellent condition! There’s a slight patina but not major signs of wear at all. It’s definitely a little more unique in comparison to the typical champagne colour. It’s got its original Omega crystal which is nice & clean but could easily be polished up further. The case does have some general wear, mainly on the underneath and on the edges which is common with general use. You can see the wear on the pictures, the front of the case is in great condition overall with some minor wear near the lugs & a few light surface scratches, again though this is common of a 50 year old watch. The watch has its original Omega branded crown which looks great! It’s winds absolutely fine and the quickset feature works well. It’s sat on a black leather strap which would fit a wrist of up to 8.5 Inches. Condition wise the straps absolutely fine however if you have a shorter wrist you may need to make additional holes. There’s already one hole been added as shown. This is an automatic watch meaning it runs off the movement of your wrist. The watch has a small power reserve however if left for a period of time it will have likely stopped. This is just for the watch, no box or papers. This is common for a watch this age!
