Vacuum needs the upper handle or and wand part. It broke on the plastic part and needs to be replaced. The vacuum itself is very nice and runs great but just needs the upper handle part that can be found on Ebay or possibly Amazon. It’s the kind that simply twists on to the bottom shat.
