This gap, or the angle on the rotating sprocket relative to the shaft in the starting position, should be left at a minimum of 0.5-2mm at the top of the sprocket.Move the front cover one step (bolt) to the left or right so that the retainer valve seat works on the new surface. Center both caps on the sprocket.Before installing the support, make sure that there are no sharp edges on the ends of the shafts that can damage the working surfaces in the support (remove with a file if necessary)If the mesh is torn off in the resistance, find its remnants, possibly in the channels of the head and remove it. Also remove the remnants of the grid on the grid body. If the mesh is intact, then cut it out with a clerical knife, and leave the body as it additionally fixes the valve in the seat.
