In the extremely rare event that an order is damaged, the shipping costs have an extra layer of protection built in, which is insurance through U-PIC to cover your full purchase price to allow for hassle free replacements. 2) ITEM CONDITION and RETURNS: All of the items we sell are in NEAR MINT condition or BETTER unless it is specifically otherwise noted in the listing description. The images shown with the listing are stock photos representative of the item we will ship you, including being representative of the condition of the item you will receive.
