This Handheld meter is so clean I believe it might of never been used!!! This is a very clean used Fluke meter that should be ready to be put to work. I really don’t see and marks or issues with this Fluke meter. I am selling it exactly as pictured and as found wit its Fluke case as ictured. This handheld instrument powers up fine and appears to be working but is sold as-is and as found. This clean meter powers up fine but is untested. It should work fine as we all know Fluke makes an excellent quality meter. The next owner of this Fluke meter should be very happy with it.
