To me, it is in excellent vintage condition, meaning gently worn and well taken care of – wear consistent with age. The pendant has been acid tested and is marked 14k and there is also a VG on it and a VG Logo on the small gold ring on the bale. I looked up the trademark and it appears that this belonged to Michael Anthony Jewelers, Inc. that filed for the logo in 1982 and is no longer in business with this logo. The pendant weighs 1.84 grams on my scale. For weight and metal purity I rely on the results of my Fusion scale and the common Puri Test Acid tests. Prior to wearing, please get the item checked out, serviced or repaired by a professional as I can not be held responsible for how any item, clasp, stones, gems, chain, string, findings, etc. will hold up with any sort of wear.
